Sounds like the machine is stopping to me, could be the off balance switch at the rear off the machine. You should know if its getting to the spin cycle.How wet are your clothes ? Hope this Helps.
I have Serial # CF2467934 Model # 92588210 Kenmore Ultra Fabric Care Heavy Duty 80 Series. The top agitator is stripped out, how do I take it out to replace it?
Same thing happening to me and this is after I replaced the water pump.
