V195 no charge

Hi all I've got a mobicel tablet enco and it just went dead so I plug it in and it shows charge and goes off again and comes on to charge again the charge ring block isn't broken I tried charging the charger and bought brand new charger it still does the same what can it be now it just doesn't charge at all

These are my suggestions.

Possible issues.

The USB port on the phone is faulty and not making proper contact.

The battery charger you are using is not of sufficient current to charge the battery fast enough.

The charger/regulator circuit in the phone may be faulty. unfortunately it is not user serviceable.Have the phone repaired by a qualified technician.

Possible solutions
You may be able to purchase an external battery charger and use that then insert the battery in the phone.

Hi, so it telling you it's charging however the scooter shows no charge once the charger is disconnected ???

1. First of all , is it possible to try another charger ? or test on another scooter.

2. If the charger proves to be okay, it's starting to look like the fault is with the batteries themselves, batteries can fool certain chargers into thinking they being charged when it fact the resistance inside the batteries have become too great.. They need replacing,...

3. Another issue could be the charger socket or the charging circuit to the batteries..
( is there a fuse ? )

Try getting a mini-usb cable and connecting it to your pc- either that, get a second Motorola charger. I suspect that the charger you currently have is defective- it is rare for two pieces of equipment to show the exact same issue

most probably your battery is damaged! try another one in a shop and you will know for sure

You need to use a different charger or just get one that will plug into the computer.

Use charger and 2 waiers tu conect batteru + and - 2 ckargers + & -... Charge just 4 a 2 min.... then put bat. back turn on phone and charge it normaly!

check with other charger else "charging element of phone has died get it replaced ffrom nokia care.
