If you bought the parts from sites such as www.TvRepairKits.com go back and ask for there help. It can be many things from bad soldering to blown resistors.
If you have OSD (on screen display) but no video or sound, you may have a problem with your video input switching or video processor. Either way this could require tracing the signal with an oscilloscope and could get expensive.
It powers up but no picture? In my experience with Hitachi TV's this has been an issue with the convergence IC's failing. You will need to have a technician replace those if needed.
There are lights on the board about 8 you should look at which comes on and which stay on this by hitachi standards tells you what is wrong. Most of the time its convergence amps bad.
