No you do not have the correct board most parts retailers will not accept a return for an installed part

The control panel face can be ordered from Viking Range unless the unit is very old, then I would suggest partstown.com, You will need the model and serial number from the rating plate on the unit. These parts are usually not very expensive and are really easy to replace.

I had the same problem with the single oven, It the voltage feeding the oven, it like to be 120 or above if it drops below 120 then this problem occurs. I had ever thing checked, gas pressure, and the oven. Electrician installed a voltage regulator on that circuit.
