Depends on the brand. Most of webcams are activated via a messenger like skype, yahoo, etc. They will also have a webcam software built into the software. Check the start>all programs>and look through the folders for a webcam software.

if you replaced the caterdiges you need to print out a alinement page and follow the directions to align the printer paper. If you still have problems go to www.hp.com and download the latest drivers for the printer. insert your model Numbe and operating system also be sure to remove old printer drivers first and do a disk cleanup and defrahmention before re installing software drivers. Once insatalled do disk cleanup and defragmentthe drive.

After ending download , unplug the printer USB and run the software that you downloaded.
The software installer will tell you when to connect USB.
