Just install a new black
HP are notorious for this sort of error reporting, not very helpful at all.
On your first point; Is the cartridge an original HP cartridge? If it is then remove it and re insert it pushing it home firmly. If not then either get a cartridge from a reputable clone supplier or use a genuine HP one.
Next point; Inspect the paper route minutely for debris and identify and clean the paper switch, which is a tiny micro-switch and can become jammed closed just with paper dust.

Downloading hp driver update on my macbook
Forget Macs! Current PC's work just as well and you can buy software for the latter. Try that with a mac or try getting peripherals that do not cost an arm and a leg. And they are notoriously overpriced.
Paper not picking up
There are feed rollers that pull the paper through. When they get a slick spot on them, they will not feed properly or not at all. This will be your first remedy, to replace them.
Is there a fuse in my hp psc 1510
I am almost certain that printers that have an external power adaptor will NOT have a user replaceable fuse inside the printer.
Check power adaptor or wall outlet.
After refiling ink, print is not getting corectly
Question is, was it printing correct before you refilled?
If not, the refill perhaps was not needed. Perhaps only cleaning the print head coulld have been enough. Print a head alignement page (just a little ink is used and only a few lines are printed) to check all the nozzles. When you see missing parts, you know you have to run one or a few cleaning cycles. When you don't use the printer often, please at least once a week switch it on and after a few minutes switch it of again. It will perform a cleaning cycle then, making the chanche of cloging minimal.
Make font larger on HP1510 printer
What font are you referring to? Have you prepared a document in a word processing program, or added text to an image file, and are disappointed because you want to see the text printed larger? If so, your best solution is to edit the document or image and change to a larger text size. For example, most text documents will normally default to either a size 10 or 11 text which is readable but small. Changing to size 12 or 14 will make the text look larger onscreen, and the text will also print larger. The font name and font size should be displayed on one of your processing program's toolbars, and is easily changed to a different font name or size. If you are simply copying an already printed document and want the text to appear larger, you should refer to your printer's User Guide. If you don't have the User Guide, you can download a free copy at this link:
