The P30 has 2 screws on the base of the Laptop marked KBD - remove these with a small philips screwdriver (size 1 is good).
Then with the Laptop open, look at the top of the keyboard, there is a gap between the keyboard and plastic strip. There are 3 little black tabs holding the keyboard top edge down, these are above the Ins, F8 and F1 - use a small flatbalde screwdriver to push these upwards to release the keyboard. The top edge should lift up towards you.
be careful to disconnect the ribbon cable attached to the motherboard by lifting the edges of the plastic connector to release the cable.
With the keyboard removed you should see 3 screws holding the plastic strip in place - remove these with the philips scredriver and the strip should be removable with a snap upwards. Be careful not to damage the plastic covering the hinges.
The plastic strip above the keyboard may be secured by a screw on the back edge of the laptop with a screw located behind the screen hinge. If there are no screws then it is just clipped in place, slide a thin blade under the plastic cover that covers the screen hinge and gently level up until the it pop up, there may be a ribbon cable connecting the switches and LEDs.
Depending up on the model of the laptop, the keyboard may have screws that is located under the plastic strip or it may have screws that are located on the bottom of the laptop, usually 3 or more screws directly under the keyboard.
