The P30 has 2 screws on the base of the Laptop marked KBD - remove these with a small philips screwdriver (size 1 is good).

Then with the Laptop open, look at the top of the keyboard, there is a gap between the keyboard and plastic strip. There are 3 little black tabs holding the keyboard top edge down, these are above the Ins, F8 and F1 - use a small flatbalde screwdriver to push these upwards to release the keyboard. The top edge should lift up towards you.

be careful to disconnect the ribbon cable attached to the motherboard by lifting the edges of the plastic connector to release the cable.

With the keyboard removed you should see 3 screws holding the plastic strip in place - remove these with the philips scredriver and the strip should be removable with a snap upwards. Be careful not to damage the plastic covering the hinges.

The plastic strip above the keyboard may be secured by a screw on the back edge of the laptop with a screw located behind the screen hinge. If there are no screws then it is just clipped in place, slide a thin blade under the plastic cover that covers the screen hinge and gently level up until the it pop up, there may be a ribbon cable connecting the switches and LEDs.
Depending up on the model of the laptop, the keyboard may have screws that is located under the plastic strip or it may have screws that are located on the bottom of the laptop, usually 3 or more screws directly under the keyboard.

I want to upgrade the internal ram on a samsung p30 laptop

If it has a second slot, it will be under the keyboard and you will just need to remove the keyboard. Typically there will be 1-3 screws on the back of the computer labelled with a K, and or you need to pry off the bezel on the front above the keyboard which also may have screws on the back holding it in place. Along the the top of the keyboard under some keys you may see holes, these are pry holes. Be careful though it is easy to break clips.

Samsung Q430 keyboard removal

Keyboards are simple to replace. Remove the power cord, remove the battery. Turn the laptop over and look at the screws on the bottom case. If you see a screw that has the icon of the keyboard next to it, remove that screw. Look inside the Battery Case there might be screws it in. If so remove them because normally those screws hold the strip that is above the keyboard and there might be some in there that has the keyboard icon next to it.

Turn the laptop back over and open the lid. Pry the strip that is above the keyboard off gently because there might be a cable on it. On most systems the strip above the keyboard will be where the power button is.

Once you have the strip above the keyboard removed look at the top of the keyboard and there might be screws to remove that the strip was hiding. There might be little catches that key the keyboard in place located along the side or at the top. Gently work the keyboard out because there is a cable behind the keyboard that you will need to remove.

That's all there is to it.

How to disassemble Samsung R510 notebook?

Dear ,

To removw the Key board you need to remove three screws and after that you need to remove from top side of keyboard.
You need to remove the screws from base and latches.

I recommend you to refer the same to service center because the mechanical damage will not be covered in future.

Acer 5100

There is a strip of plastic above the keyboard you have to pull off to get at the screws for the keyboard.

I would remove any screws under the laptop that go into the strip above the keyboard and any screws that are under the keyboard.

Then carefully pry the strip above the keyboard up with your hands or use a small flathead screwdriver along the edge.

Hope this helps!
