I bought two motion sensing diecast lanterns model HB-4190 series, SKU 248-593 and the instructions are hard to understand. To make it easy tell me how to set the device if I want it to come on only if they detect motion at night and stay on for 5 minutes then go off. They have two switches which are (test-1-5-10 min) and (off-3-6-dusk to dawn). Thank you Gerald

It's easy once you figure it out. Unscrew the top and then push down on the exposed screw threads with your thumb. The internal "guts" slide out the bottom.

if lights are haligen lights, you may be adding to the problem, never touch them after you have removed the lamps, do not use your hands to install them, oils from hands cause them to burn out quicker, use a cloth to install them do not touch lights

a shadow is cast probably over the light sensor, and making it like dusk when it should start to glow

still need help have not seen a solution or am not sure where to find it?
