We have the model CA200-B. It just stopped working one day and after I cleaned it and put it back together, it just never came back on. Our operating light is blue and indicates the unit is on, either high or low and it also, does not come on.

Here is the link to the user manual if you need it; http://www.ionic-pro.tv/pics/ip_manual.pdf Check page 9 of the pdf file - "unit may need resetting - press the on button to reset" - I guess you have probably tried this, so try pressing and holding it in for a while. Have you cleaned the ionizing wires? (page 8 of the pdf) - and check they are fully inserted. Take the blades out, and re-insert them again, making sure they are properly seated. If none of this helps (reset after trying each thing), then there may be a fault with the blades that could be possibly solved by getting a new set, depending on the price being worth it; http://www.gppay.com/process.php?site=ionic-pro&td=tv&action=order_form&l=english If none of that helps, then I think the control circuit is probably fried - if they will send you a replacement (unlikely, but ask them really firmly), this is almost certainly a very simple job, so please ask again if you need a hand. Hope this helps :)

In the ionic pro turbo there is a thin wire in the back that run vertical. Using two fingers try wipping it clean of any dust while using the cleaning rod in combination. Also use purfied distilled water to clean blades. Tap water contain many metals that can cause arching. Be sure the blades are completly dry before turning on the ionic pro turbo. If hissing is still heard use the the cleaning rod twice and check again. If you can see the arch buff the area on the blade with a paper towel or clean newspaper.

Try shaking it back and forth with it upside down. We frequently have to use an air hose and blow the insides out. If the wires have a build up on them the LED light continues to show. You can also (very gently wipe down the wires.

The high-voltage supply has died and cannot be repaired by the average repair person as parts just are not available.
When they get these back, they go into the trash and send you a new one.
TO PROLONG ITS LIFE, plug this into a surge protector as the electronics that are in this don't have any protection against even a small surge.
