all drivers are available from acer tech support on acer website simply download the correct 1s for your model to your documents folder then go to device manager and ask computer to update the drivers and add the documents folder to location to check it should find and fix them automaticly hope this helps

it is missing the driver for the sound device hardware, you will need to first find out what brand name of device it is, than go to that manu. web site and download the driver manually. its really not that difficult to do or you can try a driver scanner, i reccommend driver detective, from uniblue software, don't give up.

maybe it is your Bios. what you should do is download a software call WINPHLASH, and try flash your Bios. are you could try and update your driver. by using driver detective.

One of the most common HD audio codecs is the Realtek AC97, download and install the driver to see if this fixes your problem, if it doesn't please post the model of machine you are using and I will be more than happy to track down the correct driver for you.
