Let wife use camera over weekend. She says some guy spilled a big cup of water on it. No power. No visible water or residue. Tried disassembly of back for visual inspection. The back cover would not come off. Seems something was engaged on the upper portion, but, did not see any screws. I miss a functional camera. Please help.

Make sure It's not a soap issue by running a load or three without any detergent.

Check to make sure the rubber gasket is still on the water output in the brew head. It goes around the water output needle in the top of the brew head. Without that gasket, there is no seal on the top of the k-cup and water can leak. Run it with no K-cup in it and see of water does not leak this way. If it doesn't leak then it points to a missing seal. Hope this works for you.

Unless car is more than 10 years or so old there is no such thing as a free shop/service manual. If you spilled water on unit an did not wat about a week for it to dry out you have toasted the electronics and now that is why you get no turn on. Time to go shopping. Repair not cost effective.

Switch to powdered detergent. You'll be much happier in the long run. Liquid detergent leaves a residue. Eventually the residue mildews. Powered detergent leaves no residue. Plus you will solve your current issue. Also skip the softener and use plain white vinegar in its place. The vinegar helps eliminate mildew and it also helps release Dey from your clothes in the rinse cycle.

After liquid spill the laptop has to be disassemble and the motherboard inspected for liquid damage. In some cases cleaning the motherboard might fix the laptop.

My wife's mini single cup B31 quit dispensing hot water into the K-cup. It would go through every stage and the pump came on but no water, no coffee. Try this: unplug the unit, take the drip tray off and lay the Keurig on its back, with the top opened so you can see the dispensing probe and the rubber ring that seals to the top of the K-cup. The dispensing probe is sharp, with two small channels, one on each side. (Be sure you can spill a little water when you try this) With a kid's water blaster, or a rubber bulb, squirt water up the channels on each side of the probe. Do this a few times, then try to run it normally.
That worked for me, and loosened the few coffee grounds that were plugging the outlet.

THere is a no filter on this unit just a strainer which is visible when opening the door.(its located near back on the bottom) You can take it off and check for pieces of trash or things that have made it by. The best idea is to take a few cups of vinegar (white) and put it in the soap dispensing door. Also take a big Glass and leave it upright and fill it with vinegar. Then run a normal load but dont use any other soap. ALso if your unit has a spot use Jet Dry or simliar products they really do help.

This is a trick my wife uses when she stores fish in the refrigerator. Put about 2 cups of vinegar in the refrigerator and leave it there for 4-6 hours.
