Plug the green stereo cable to your PC (Green port on PC too)
Connect the black connector (Round shape) to the back of the sub-woofer (big box)
Play music on your PC, should work like a charm...

Hopefully you have already tested the PC to work fine and produce sound. Else you will need to t/s the PC to fix it...

if the PC is probably broken / port is broken - you can connect your iPOD or other music player's green port too - will work just fine!

I just got an x540 speaker system from my freind but i didnt get all the jacks what do i need?

Um, didn't get all the jacks meaning that you don't have the yellow, green, and black cables that run from your speakers to your computer, or the jacks on the speakers themselves? You can go to Logitech's website and find the cable I'm sure, about how much it will cost, can't exactly say but possibly not cheap.. other solution is to go to walmart, kmart, radio shack, anywhere they sell electronics, and get yourself three audio cables with 1/8 in jacks on both ends... then just match colors and connect!

Why wont my computer recognize my speakers? My computer is gateway with windows vista on it. In my device manager it has a caution sign but the logitech website says the speakers dont need drivers. Please...

Those speakers are meant to just plug into a sound card or onboard sound device or any sound device that has headphone jacks e.g. iPod. They don't provide feedback to the PC, so there is absolutely no need for drivers, which is why you don't see them in device manager. Think of them as a glorified pair of headphones.

I have the speakers S125i of logitech, but there is a piece that is loose inside of the speakers, at the begining the speakers sounds well, but then the left speaker stoped working. I think I'm able...

The Logitech is a little tricky. You need to carefully pry off the white bezel around the speakers and then pry away the grills. Under the grill you will find four screws holding the two speakers, and four screws set deep in holes.

Undo these eight screws and the front will come off.

I have a set of logitech X-530 speaker for my computer with windows home 7, i have had the front left and front right speaker working properly, however now i cannot get any sound from any of the...

Try to disconnect the input connector of your speaker and touch the input jack of the unit if you hear a hazing sound it means your speakers are working properly but if you don't hear any sound your speakers are bad. Open the speaker unit and check the amplifier section of your unit. If you don't see any burned electronic component inside. Check the wiring of your unit.
To check if the audio of your computer is working. Plug in the input a headset if you hear a sound while you playing a music in your computer it means the audio of your computer is working good.
