    I am getting the same error code after removing a paper jam. Could you tell me how to do the fuser reset?

You can try a lbp fuser reset. leave me an email i will tell you how to do it. or unfortunately you do have a bad fuser and when you replace it you need to do a fuser reset anyways.

First see if you plugged the phone line into the line jack and not the extension or answering machine jack, Sounds like it is not plugged into the LINE jack.
Thats the most frequent problem when you can fax out but not in.
