you need to do a lbp fuser reset and lbp error log clear

function- 7- monitor button 4 times slowly- then press * "start" button, should say service mode, then press 7- start- down arrow - start- then yes

log clear

function- 7- monitor button 4 times slowly- then press * "start" button, should say service mode, the press 6 - use the down arrow to get to lbp log clear.

if this does no work you need the fuser replaced

021 is a fuser error, that can either be reset in service mode or i may need a part in the fuser. Best to call a local service rep.

021 is a fuser error. We tried to reset the machine but it didn't work. A fuser kit costs $ 35.00 (plus shipping). I would suggest purchasing a new machine through Staples instead.

Just go start run then type msconfig STARTUP and desable all programs from startup ( just don't desable ANTIVIRUS )

Download registry repair and run it to fix registry problems

download also uninstaller 2006 to clean up HDD

Try unplugging the fax machine from the outlet. Let it stand for awhile, plug back in. Memory should be cleared.
