Your Acer notebook has the ROM-BIOS disconnected internally from PXE and cannot boot the general processor of the firmaware writed in it.
Need technical assitance, or open the computer and look for that cable connection.
First you checked sound drive is install in your notebook. If it is installed then you can checked it by reinstalled the OS.after this it is not working then your notebook sound card has been faulty. then you can repaired it from service center.
are there any printers attached to the laptop? if not, then you might need to make sure that the actual printer device is removed from the printers window.
the cause of this is because the devices connected from your machine was not been remove properly.
boot up your machine and hit F8 to boot into safe mode. if it doesn't work you need to reformat your OS because I suspected it has been corrupted. Before doing so, back up all your files because everything will be wiped out and will load to default factory settings.
you can use your hard disk as an external drive connected to other machine so you could back up all your files.
I had similar problem with a Dell Optiplex 760 desktop . I went to BIOS disable external SATA and all additional ports which is not used like parallel and serial ports and it worked. I think its with SATA settings only .
Seems like the preinstalled image is corrupt or there is a hardware problem. Contact Acer for the correct procedure since this is a new system. I could offer alternate methods if you have the Windows install disc, but it is best to contact the manufacturer as soon as possible so it is on record.
