i have bought a toshiba tdp-ex20 on the internet. everithing is work well exept one probleem. in the lens is a thing that focus the lens fare wy to high and i can come in the seccond menu to solve this.

Hello To relsese the key lock, set keylock of OFF, using remote control. Pressing the [RETURN] button on the porjector for 10 seconds will release the 'key lock'. OK.
Unfortunately you will have get the focus ring replaced before you will be to make use of it if your model doesn't have automatic zoom and focus in the user menu.
