In service manual, fan light flashes green power light steady red is an error code that shows Device Error and possible problem is defective Main Board or AF board in projector.
Both boards will only be available in Toshiba service center and of course cost you around new projector price. New projector is better choice instead of fixing this one.

You will either be replacing the Main Power Board or the Ballast Board ( Lamp's powersupply ) The symtoms you described sounds like a faulty Ballast.

Both of the above parts are fairly cheap to replace.

This is an SVGA projector with a max resolution of 800X600. Even though it can accept higher resolution signals, they are scaled down to 800X600 which causes degradation and artifacting of the displayed image. Obviously setting your computer's resolution to 800X600 will result in the best image the projector is capable of. Standard definition video (480i, 480p, S-Video or composite) signals should also display very well. High definition signals like 720p and 1080i get scaled down to 800X600 with the same issues as a higher resolution computer signal.

One thing that can have a dramatic impact on the quality of your display if you are using Windows XP or Vista is tuning your ClearType settings here:

See where the paper jam...if no paper found, check the 2nd transport sensor locate at bypass unit, probably is faulty

Check the device driver and print spooler service.

That depends on the printers model One could be; Check to see if the waste bottle is overfull. If yes, the waste toner will be backed up into the waste tubes, first affecting the primary transfer cleaner unit, then the black drum cleaning unit, then the color drum cleaning units. Or; Developer unit • Check if the developer unit is installed properly. • Check that the developer unit and coupling on the equipment side are properly engaged. • Check that the mixer of the developer unit is rotated. • Check if the developer material is too dark visually. • Check if the amount of the developer material is too large or too small. • Remove any toner or dust on the ATC sensor connector and the drawer connector of the process cover. • Remove any toner or dust on the EPU sensor connector and the drawer connector on the equipment side. Or; Auto toner sensor Harness LGC board • Check the connectors and harnesses between the auto toner sensor and LGC board (CN364). • Check if there is any foreign matter such as toner in the connector of the auto toner sensor. Remove if there is and reconnect it.
