Not really sure about Mac, but if this happens on a PC, I would first uninstall the printer (software-wise) then download the latest drivers and install.
Unfortunately not all of the old xbox games are compatible with the xbox 360. Not all of my old games work either. Here is a list from the official site about games which are backwards compatible.
it takes a lot of time while downloading, and for great downloading, don't use ither programs. and close all browsers first before you start downloading.
