It wont turn on unless its plugged up to the charger. i even charged it for 2days

MF. Could be the new charger is faulty, return charger for exchange or refund. Battery could also be faulty, have it tested if you can by a computer tech. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck

probably battery problem. try to charge with different charger if still problem exists then go for battery replacement.

Hi you need to make sure you have charged the player, does it light up when charger is plugged in??
PC will not recognize the player unless it is powered up.

Clean the baterry connector port with an alcohol solution or Spirit solution.and try.
If you can get hand to another battery,check out if everything is fine.Otherwise replace the battery.

Check if you have warranty of the battery.

on the desktop click right button and click properties.now go to the apperance below the windows and buttons chane it as windowsxp style.

Hi, I would suggest that the Battery is faulty.. a common occurrence I have found... Try a brand new or fresh charged know good battery.. I think ya may find thats the culprit.. Also check & clean the Batt Cons inside the unit.
