Hi. Ok you're tablet has 8 GB of memory & 1 GB of RAM ::: u can delete data u don't use this will free up some memory :try to transfer you're movies & data to you're SD card :::::buy a 32 GB SD card if u need it .cheers
Most SD memory cards have a small slide switch on the edge off the card. This switch is used to write ptotect the data on the SD card - you can lock or unlock the SD card be sliding this switch.

At launch, the microSD format was available in capacities of 32, 64, and 128 MB. SanDisk introduced a 2 GB microSD card in July of 2006, initially priced at 99 USD. Since then, prices for flash memory devices have fallen dramatically. The same 2 GB card as of April 2009 can be found for as little as 12 USD at department stores, and as of May 2009 for as little as 6 USD at online electronics stores. hi this is Aravind , i'm having 1 GB micro sd memory card for my mobile nokia 6233 ..... and it is password protected ... bit actually i have forgotton the password and now i'm using another phone ... in other phone the memory card is not openinng its asking for password .... i have tried also by connecting the data cable but in nokia pc suite its showing that there is no memory card ...., i had also tried thru card reader's but its not opening ./... is there any solution to unlock this card without losing the data in memory card ... plz help me out ........
