I need drivers for mf-jet 500 - Philips MFJET 500 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Unfortunately, there is no Vista driver for your printer. I will keep digging...

If the support cd driver for your printer is only up to windows xp then probably you need to install the appropriate driver for windows vista to get your printer work. Be sure that also you properly connect the printer to your computer in order for the operating system to detect the printer and search for the necessary driver for it.

I will give you a easiest way for finding the drivers that you need for your hardware.Just download the software named driver magician.Install it and it will search for the drivers that is not installed for the hardware you have through internet and will download it for you.

Have you checked the Vista compatibility page to see if your printer is supported? You can go to the Philips web site and obtain a new driver that will work with Vista, if they made one.

O.k so you can't find the driver at philips, have you tried Microsoft itself? www.microsoft.co. supprt & downloads if still No luck a tried and tested site that has never failed me for all sorts of software & downloads is www.cnet.com still no luck /google Driver detective works well believe me!
