For some time we used to sell these monitors in our store. Some of these same models do have a defect which can cause some of the problems you all are having. Neovo does come with a good warranty, at leasted they did when we sold them at the store lasting at least 3 years. We had a monitor that had random blue stripes which Neovo replaced. One thing you may want to try before throwing in the towel on your monitors is reloading the device drivers on the montor. These monitors came with a CD. If you think you are still under warranty, give Neovo a call they will may just replace your monitor with a new one. Good luck....

I'm having the same problem with my Neovo F-419 monitor. I'd hate to have to get rid of it. It's about 3 years old.
I have the same problem with my 3.5 yr F-417, I'd like to be sure it's the monitor and not the graphics card
