My psp keeps asking me do i want to quit - Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console

Just press no if it asks you again and keep on with ur game

the thing is that ur home button is stuck wen ur playing a game if u press down the home button it will ask u that

look all i didwas take a cotton swab (the one that goes in ur ear) and tore off a little peice and rolled it into a ball and u should see a little square lookin thing and a black little stick lookin thing in the square and thats what makes it read and its located at the top right corner of ur psp 3000 where the silver thing that closes the psp its between there hope this helped!!!!

To correct this problem you need to update the firmware of your PSP so this problem happen again......

Probably it's a grounded button or the games is looking for the UMD and since it's can't find it will ask if you want to quit the game. What I did with my psp with this problem, since I know that it was not a problem with the buttons because other games does not exhibit the same behavior. I put in a UMD in the UMD slot, it doesn't matter what type of UMD it is. And it stopped doing this. I hope this will help for you too.

One more thing I have also read this in some PSP forum site. they said that they are some programs that you can run on your psp so that it will like disable the UMD and stop if from searching for the game in the UMD slot. I hope this made any sense :)

Maybe because it is highly sensitive type.Even if you touch it with a little force while playing this can happen.

maybe you keep pressing the home button

it could be that someone pushed the button in too hard and it wont pop back up because even if you lightly touch it, it could go to that screen
