bro listen remove driver first ok , now you enter the drive cd and can't install the drive and now connect your mp3 now windows say you there locate and install or via internet now click on locate and install .select you cd drive where the driver cd and now your computer install drive properly and properly connected...

If you need to run the recovery utility or format your YH-925, it needs to be in HDD Mode, not MTP mode. To temporarily restore the device back to HDD Mode:

1. Ensure the YH-925 is powered off and disconnected from the PC
2. Press and hold the >> button on the side of the device.
3. While still holding the >> button, connect the YH-925 to your PC.
4. YH-925 is restored back to HDD Mode until disconnected from the computer.
5. Format the YH-925 by right clicking on the device in My Computer.

It appears you need to use the rollback program, or the recovery program. But it also sounds like your usb cord is either broken or not plug in tightly. Press the usb adapter in untill you hear a click then plug it into the pc.
