Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly.
I understand you want a whirlpool washer. What are you washing? It does make a difference on what would be recommended. The other question is does it have to be a front load machine or is a top loading washer ok?
Right off the top of my head for an 8.5 kg washer I would recommend the top loading MAT Series by Maytag (owned by Whirpool) These manual timer machines can take a beating and over loading only causes belt wear that is inexpensive and easy to replace. The only drawback is that the top loading machines use more water per cycle than a front loading machine. My thought is this... water is cheap... smaller front loading commercial machines used in continuous manner end up costing you more in repairs than you would pay for the water.

Once you see the linked pages select "on premises lanudry"
What I will tell you about commercial laundry machines is this. Keep the controls simple such as the MAT series. Maintenance parts are available on line and your down time will be minimal. The Maytags have the best warranty also.
As for the dryer Gas or electric? I am going to assume electric since you said "Factory"
For this I would recommend the MDE17 series Dryers, The dryers are 4 roller drum type dryers so the weight is carried equally front and rear of the drum so that the drum seals have a very long life.
I have been a Maytag repairman since 1970 and started in a family owned business. These recommendations are from years of experience. You may pay more up front on the initial purchase but over the years the continued in service time and minimal maintenance required make these units extremely cost effective. If I were to start my own business with 8.5 Kg per cycle washing requirements The MAT Washers and MDE Dryers Maytags are exactly what I would use.
Remember Maytag was purchased by Whirlpool years ago.
All Maytag parts can be obtained through Whirlpool.
I do wish you the best, Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly
