Got this error code when i tryed to record some video with my Logitech QuickCam Pro 5000 Personal Web Camera 21476467259

If you're like me, and you have "thinned" out your Windows, or used any of those programs to "speed up" your computer, make sure "terminal" is enabled in your services. For some reason, this wont allow video effects to work. Very common problem. Good luck!
