I have a GE side-by-side refrigerator/freezer model GSH25JSXB that is not getting any water to ice-maker or water dispenser. (The water/ice dispenser is on the freezer door) I've checked the water line under the freezer door that goes to the water dispenser, and it has no water flowing through it at coupler underneath the fridge on freezer door side. I changed the water filter, and it made no difference By mistake I left the O-ring off once when I was changing the water filter (to see if that was the problem), and water sprayed all over the place before I realized my mistake and put the O-ring back in place...so I know I am getting water to the water filter area that is in upper rt hand corner of fridge. It appears that there is one water line that feeds through the back of fridge into ice-maker area, and the other goes underneath the fridge and up into freezer door for water dispenser. Any Suggestions/Advice for how to solve this problem? thanks!
