EP1052 cs/pro copier hang but the light color is still green , I switch off the power and on it again , but nothing is change !!! can you tell me in instruction what to do please ... thank you

Remove the rear upper cover will see a circuit board. with the machine on press the small black button reset! if the code comes back get a tech out to replace parts in the fuser (Hot part) continue reset can cause a fire (Would ruin a perfectly good Day) try the web site below for parts if required Precision Roller Printer Toner Cartridges Parts and Supplies Office...

Remove the rear upper cover then find small black push button on the circuit board lower right press the button with the machine on .if the code comes back replace the fuser unit HOT PART do not continue reset can catch on fire! That would ruin a perfectly good day. Try web site below for parts if required

Read the error code correctly.C04XX.The C04XX code refer to the exposure lamp section .

Is the the spanned wrench located on the screen in the lower left? if so touch it the screen will change then open and close the front door the code should go away, if the code comes back need to know what it is,

1. Turn off the printer ( "Power" button).

2. Hold the button "Resume", include printer (click "Power").

3. Hold the "Power" button, release the button "Resume" (power indicator / preparedness must turns green)

4. Not releasing the "Power" button, double click "Resume" and release both buttons
-- each time you click "Resume" power indicator / willingness to change color (one-click - yellow, the second hitting - green). U printers with more than one indicator - indication switches (power indicator / preparedness - green indicator error - yellow)
-- after the buttons are released, power indicator / preparedness will be for some time to blink green (Stamford time depends on the printer model), and then the green light permanently
-- If after these actions instead of constantly burning green printer continues to display error, or you are mistaken in paragraphs 1-4 (turn off the printer and repeat with paragraph 1), or if additional printer error that must be corrected, or it will not go down to a service mode.

5. Four times click "Resume" (each time you click "Resume" power indicator / willingness to change color, and the printers with more than one indicator - indication switches: the willingness / error).

Please check the folowing parts:
1.The alimentation cord and fusers
2. This copier have 2 microswitch to contact one under front door,and the second under main power cover(in the rear side )
3.Press down the top parts(platen cover)
4.Check the power switch.

Take the modem and plug it into a GFCI outlet. You can find one in the bathroom or the kitchen.

If the power light comes on solid green and the dsl comes on red then the modem is good. Was it plugged into a power strip by the computer? If so, plug it straight into a wall outlet.

If the power light comes on solid red then the modem has hardware failure. I would contact your ISP and have them replace it if it is still underwarranty.

your fuse mite have blown. it is located on a small circuit board in the back of the machine

if it powers up and goes into rotation then the fuser is good. So check the machine for paper jams, toner,
does it give an error? is there a symbol light on?
