My scx 4521 F shows open heat error message. what do i need to do to fix this?

SAMSUNG SCX 4521 PRINTER BACK SIDE COVER IS OPPEN SO PLEASE CLOSE THE BACK REAR COVER & CHECK THE PAPPER JAM IN REAR COVER & AFTER CLOSE THE REARE COVER THEN AFTER SEE THE ERROR YOU CHECK THE BACK COVER SENCER & SENCER PCB

on printer, in menu there is clear setting, find it and do ""clear setting" , "all setting", then will be fine

Disassemble fuser and inspect thermistor, thermostat and heat lamp. Replace broken part.

this is a fuser problem. Maybe lamp is broken or heat sensor didnt work properly.
You can fix it whit repalcing fuser module or replacing broken parts (cheaper way).
Just visit authorized service - my advice!

check the heater roller unit and replace the themister

ithink it is a hard were pr oblem we should clean our printer time by time, there is many dust inside, they can make disattacment between sencer and parts ,so we get this information. open printer and also if u open drom and other part open , then blow air by air blower machin e.we solve more than 80% thise type case in our lab .

If we reffii samsung tonner some time these printer gave that type message. it means to re set the cartage. we should reffil cartage before reciving that message.while we get tonner low message. your cartage have may be green cheap or fuse. change it then your printer work properly. chaingining cheap or fuse can be use after reset.. so change it re old them.

open the back cover and you find a two wire connector just near ribbon connector it is thermistor connector the printer is sensing this connector as open or not connected explore and fix.

if it's a vertical line in scanned pictures, it's probably a dust bunny on the scanner head, if it's only on printed pages, it's probably a dust bunny on or in the laser assembly or between the laser and the photosensitive drum. if cleaning doesn't get rid of it, you could have a defective scanner head or laser assembly, or a scratch on the photosensitive drum.
