1.First,You do one thing update your battery bios(Download from visit www.acer.co.in and then service and suppor and then driver download and then notebook and then your laptop series and then model number and then choose correct opertaing system and with
correct bit(weather it 32 or 64))

2. or 1.first Instal the E-power management to your machine.(Didn't had means kindly download the application from our website www.acer.co.in.
2.fully charge your battery till 100% without any interption
3.now you work with your laptop untll it would be the 0%.
4.Kindly repeat the steps four times.
5.After that you Defently feel,your battery backup will increase.

If I were you, armed with the fact that the machine was made in July 2010. It is , by default, within warranty.
Contact Sanyo, not a shop or service centre, Sanyo can authorise a repair/replacement of this machine.

Hey, what i was told to do was to was to let it chrage as soon as you get it, so that the battery reconizes the full chrage. If you still have that one year warrenty i would use it and get a new one, so you can charge it to it's fullest extent and make sure not to drop it at any cost becuase that can short out the battery.

Your battery is gone, you will need to replace a new battery because the old battery is at it age. When you get a new battery, charge it 24 hour to fully charge it before you use, it is very crucial to maintaince the life of battery

you may want to use lithium batteries... i find the rechargeables in most cameras to not last as long... also you may need to clean the contacts in the battery compartment with alcohol and let air dry
