I lost the installation & how to program infomation.

DON'T BUY A NEW ONE JUST YET! IF THE BATTERIES DIED & THERMOSTA LOST POWER, IT MAY HAVE LOST IT'S MEMORY. IT MOST LIKELY WENT BACK TO FACTORY DEFAULT SETTINGS, & NEEDS TO BE RE-PROGRAMMED THROUGH THE INSTALLER SET-UP MENU. HOPEFULLY YOU HAVE THE PAPERWORK FOR THE THERMOSTAT STILL & CAN POSSIBLY DO THE SET-UP YOURSELF. IT SHOULD HAVE STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS IN THE INSTALLATION GUIDE (NOT THE OWNERS MANUAL)

Eventhough, I think I know the problem, you don't have enough infomation. Java need some other programming to work with it.

Put the disk in the disk drive, click on "My Computer" on your PC, look for the drive with the disk in it, double click it to open, then open the icons you see, one should lead too "running" the installation program for the disk.

go to http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/405/&cl=us,en?prodcrid=405, look for your camera . then download installation program. that should do it for you....
