if you mean like download music from your computer to your ipod you will need iTune to do this....install iTune and export your music to its library...then insert your ipod to the usb port of your computer and let iTune detect it...then just drag and drop the music form your library to your ipod

Go to bleepingcomputers.com to read up on thus subject.i usually use ccleaner (free) to clear up all the bad stuff generated in browsers to start with.then I run malwarebytes.this usually makes things right but if not then as a last resort try using the combofix from bleeping computers.this automatically run through several similar programmes and straightens out the nasty stuff that sometimes gets it's way into the system settings without your consent.lastly upgrade you ram if you can.when you use cleaner you can disable or delete some startup programmes that use up resources or do scans in the background that are quite unnecessary that can cause machine to chew slowly.
