TIMER DOES NOT MOVE, DRYER WILL START BUT WILL NOT SHUT OFF
WE HAD A REPAIR MAN HERE BUT DRYER IS STILL DOING THE SAME THING
If the repair man left a service call report it should be listed on it.
If you turn on the dryer and manually move the timer through a cycle will it shut off when moved to the end of cycle?
Does the dryer dry fine? If your dryer is taking too long too dry you might have a venting obstruction that is not allowing the dryer too sense that the clothes are dry so the timer won't advance. Try disconnecting the vent from the back of the dryer and dry a load unvented and see if the timer advances.

The repair man was suppost to change the time but I do not know if he did, I was not at home.]
Did the repairman replace any parts like the timer or timer motor?
