Bluetooth to iphone not staying connected?

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try if your Bluetooth connection keeps dropping between your iPhone and another device:
1. Restart both devices: Turn off Bluetooth on your iPhone, restart it, and then turn Bluetooth back on. Similarly, restart the device you're trying to connect to.
2. Forget and reconnect: On your iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, find the device you're connecting to, tap the "i" icon, and select "Forget This Device." Then try reconnecting from scratch.
3. Check for interference: Bluetooth connections can be affected by interference from other devices or Wi-Fi networks. Try moving away from potential sources of interference or turning off other wireless devices nearby.
4. Update software: Ensure both your iPhone and the other device have the latest software updates installed. Sometimes, updates can resolve connectivity issues.
5. Reset network settings: On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset all network settings, including Bluetooth connections. Reconnect to the Bluetooth device afterward.
6. Battery level: Ensure that the device you're connecting to has sufficient battery power. Low battery levels can sometimes affect Bluetooth stability.
If these steps don't solve the issue, it could indicate a compatibility problem or a potential hardware issue with either your iPhone or the Bluetooth device you're trying to connect to. Consider contacting Apple Support or the manufacturer of the other device for further assistance.

Reset code iphone

I believe the only way to make Bluetooth not discoverable is to turn Bluetooth off all together. It's designed to search for discoverable devices when turned on. I only turn on Bluetooth when using specific devices, else it's a battery hog. Google some sites for saving battery life on a 4S and you'll be surprised what is on that you may not need.

A friend connected a android phone's bluetooth to my itower. it worked, but now my iphone bluetooth does not connect. Can anyone please help me!

Pairing with iPhone
  1. Connect the iPhone Dual Dock or iPhone Bluetooth Travel Cable to a USB 2.0 port on your computer (not on the keyboard).
  2. Connect iPhone and the headset to the dock or cable. The headset pairs with iPhone automatically.
Pairing iPhone Bluetooth Headset with another Bluetooth-enabled deviceTo pair the iPhone Bluetooth Headset with another wireless device, such as a Bluetooth-enabled phone or computer.
Step 1: Set the headset to be discoverable
  1. Turn off the headset.
  2. Press and hold the headset button for about eight seconds, until you hear the startup tone and then five quick high beeps.

The headset is now discoverable and will remain so for about five minutes. The status light blinks while the headset is discoverable.
Step 2: Turn on Bluetooth on the other device and search for devices
  1. On the device, turn Bluetooth on and set the device to search for other Bluetooth devices.
  2. On the device, choose iPhone Bluetooth Headset and enter the PIN code 0000.
See the instructions that came with your other Bluetooth-enabled device for more information about pairing it with Bluetooth devices.

Hi I have an iPhone 4 and jabra bt3030 worked perfect on my iPhone but in my iPhone I tap forget this device and the device was gone! now I can't find it again! what should I do?

    • 1. Hold the "Answer/End" button on your Jabra Bluetooth headset down until the LED light on the headset turns solid blue. It is the button that has an image of a telephone on it.
    • 2. Click on the "Settings" icon from the main screen of your iPhone.
    • 3. Click on "General" in your iPhone's "Settings" menu.
    • 4. Click on "Bluetooth" to access your iPhone's Bluetooth menu and then click the option to turn on your iPhone's Bluetooth connection. Once your iPhone's Bluetooth is turned on, it will search for available Bluetooth devices.
    • 5. Select your Jabra headset by clicking on the icon that appears on your iPhone's screen.
    • 6. Enter the passkey for your Jabra Bluetooth headset. The default passkey on Jabra headsets is "0000."
    • 7. Click on OK on your iPhone

My iphone searches but never find bluetooth device

Unfortunately Apple does not allow you to use bluetooth on the phone for connecting with devices that are not hands free, or bluetooth headsets. Therefore, your iPhone may or may not be able to find any devices, but will not be able to connect to them, unless they are headsets or hands-free sets.

I keep getting the message "Bluetooth linke is busy". What does that mean?

When you get a message like that on any cellular device, smartphone or iPhone...its because your bluetooth device is experiencing errors internally, or either your bluetooth device is connected presently with another device and keep in mind that bluetooth can only connect to one device at a time; meaning that if your bluetooth device is connected presently to any other device, that connection should be terminated in order for bluetooth to be able to search and connect to a new device!

Before you take any of these steps make sure that you have your Bluetooth settings in your phone are set secure; make sure that if any device is trying to connect, would get your attention ( any connection attempted will be prompted on your phones screen) by doing so you will not have outsiders connection to your phone without your permission!

Solution = Turn off your cellular device, and turn it on again! If you're able to remove the battery and placing it again please do so but however some devices like iphones, batteries can not be accessed! ( with such devices, using the Power On/Off botton is good enough to reset the device ).
Power off your Bluetooth headset! ( Do not turn on your device yet)

make sure your bluetooth settings in your phone is not set to automatically connect to any other bluetooth enabled device!

after your phones reset, turn on the headset using the middle botton wich is the round botton, and hold until you get a solid light and make sure BLUETOOTH IS ENABLED AND DISCOVARABLE!

if that doesn't work, hollar at me!
