As this is such an old all in one device there is only one driver available from here

Try this out but it is an old Windows version driver, the only one made.

The driver for Gestetner 3220 can be downloaded from here

Please note that the driver for this unit has already been discontinued and the Gestetner products are now under Ricoh.
This drivers work with Windows NT / 98 and Windows 3.1

    As I was told you it was discontinued.

    However, Ricoh manage to create a compatible software that would works for this unit and is compatible for latest operating system including windows xp. Ricoh 220 driver can be use.

    Download from here. Scroll down, choose the file and select operating system.

    Post back if the driver works. Please change also my ratings if that works.

Jai un probleme avec un copieur Gesttner 3220 . A l ecran il me marque le code sc542 je demande de l aide SVP
Gestetner 3220 is similar to ricoh brand
sc542 means your termistor had to be replaced with new one.
if you know the technique, switch off th copier,the open the lateral door,take out the fuser unit.
under or below it you will find 2 unit termistor with red
contact . Properly replaced both with new unit then reinsert the fuser unit in.
Switch on th copier,reset the machine to sp mode
to get into sp mode ,you have to push yellow[C] button follow by button 1,0,7 then push red button[cancel] for several sconds until the screen show sp mode.
When you in sp mode, switch off the machine,then wait for 1-2 min then switch on the copier, wa la it's working. You should try it and it save your cost.

Trying to hook up a gestetner dsm415pf directly to a laptop so the scanner will work. The printer already works fine
pf stands for print/fax. As far as i know it should not be able to scan but you can try the twain driver using a network cable.But don't think it will work.

GESTETNER DSM627 COPIER, SCANNER, FAX
The basic scanning method is to use the Twain driver, found in the printer driver disc.
Install it on your computer.
Put original on the exposure glass.
Open Word document, click insert, select from scanner or camera
and select your device scanner and click on insert.
Then you can save it and attach it to an email.

Receiving fax
turn off fax machine and unplug it, sometimes this will reset the modem. it may or may not work so far it has worked for me..i had to remember the old saying KISS = keep it simple stupid.
