there is a possibility that teh contacts ar dirty or the circuit itself for the keypad is damage.

let me check for parts you may check on to.

How old are the batteries in the remotes and keypad? Replace the batteries. If that helps, then you have solved the problem.

If it doesn't help, then check the antenna wire of the opener. (Make sure it is extended down from the unit.) Note this doesn't apply to all garage door openers. (We have several models - some with the external antenna and some without.)

Does your garage have metal walls and metal doors? This can shorten the range between the receiver and the remotes or keypad. An antenna extension may be available.

I don't see the HBW077 as a model number at Sears Parts Direct or Manage My Life. Please check the model and let me know if I can provide any additional assistance. (Sears Parts Direct has parts for my garage door openers. Manage My Life has manuals for Craftsman and Sears appliances.)

If your numeric keypad is not working please first make sure that the numeric lock button (may be a light too) are on. Try to press the numeric lock button once and then use the keypad. If this doesn't work try pressing it again.

Press Num Lock above numeric 7 and see if the Led of your keyboard turn on. Hope it help.

you have either a bad keypad or control board.

If you have operation of some buttons and not others its the keypad. if you have no operation out of the buttons at all you have a bad control board.

If you turn your microwave on and it sets and the timer counts down you have a bad interlock switch..

please let me know exactly what your microwave does when you set the cook time

sir you have to send it to your nearest shop to clean the keypad membrane maybe its been damage by corrosion sometimes our hands gets sweat or talking someone for an hour our ears get sweat. you don't know that the sweat goes through the keypads.

Press the "talk" button on the keypad 2 times then it will turn off the volume of thekey pad. If you dont get the thing please inform me this afterwards.
