You have a n IRQ conflict meaning you have a device that is trying to use an IRQ slot that its not meant to talk on. From the looks of it you have been in the bios already so go back in and set it to factory default.

Desconecta la bateria principal y Desolda una bateria chiquita que trae en la tarjeta madre (Posiblemente este debajo de la tarjeta Inalambrica).
Luego manten precionado el boton de encendido durante unos 10 segundos. Luego conecta todo y Listo. Ya que compruebes que te da Video le soldas nuevamente la bateria. Eso es Todo

al parecer momentos despu?s de la ca?da quiz?s el back-light sufri? da?os. intenta conectar la laptop (si es una laptop) a un monitor externo a trav?s de cable VGA o HDMI dependiendo lo que tu PC tenga (si VGA o HDMI) si el brillo funciona sin problemas en el monitor externo, el problema no est? en la opciones de tu PC. puede ser
problemas de back-light en tu pantalla, lo cual si no me equivoco necesitar?s un reemplazo de pantalla.

I have an Acer Aspire 5100 with Vista Home Premium on it...when starting the laptop acer 5100 it tries to start beeps...and it shows the following page of errors Bus 06, device 02 ,function 00 error...
It might be possible some kinda a BIOS corruption. Let us try this first. ASA computer starts keep on tapping F2, it will enter the BIOS setup utility, then press F9 and then F10, save the seeting and restart the computer. It should resolve the issue. But if the issue still persists, then update the BIOS. Visit the webiste mentioned below:

Select the model and update the BIOS.

Al encender se queda negra
Si el sistema se ve durante unos segundos esto quire decir que no es la pantalla, ma la ordenadora que se bloquea.
Si la computadora ni siquiera empieza a cargar Windows entonces es un problema de hardware, RAM, perifericos, tarjeta de video, disco duro, o motherboard.
Si empieza acargando windows y se apaga, entonces tiene que volver a instalar Windows.
