Good morning! if you decide to get an lcd i would suggest one with very 'low' response time. such as 8milliseconds or less, as it looks amazing nothing beats the richness of the colors in an lcd. best regards

Your monitor will need to be connected first to your CPU via audio cable. Then you can adjust the volume.

Holding down the power button as you did, is only helpful in clearing CMOS. This does not seem to be your issue. The battery itself is the most likely culprit, power cord or not- it will not work without a good battery. Start with that as your troubleshooting procedure.

Please check the connector from the CPU, unplug it and then plug it again, if it still not working, try to check you CPU, if you have a video card try to unplug it, if it is still not working, use your driver cd for the mainboard or motherboard and re-install the video driver. thank you.

You can try Malwarebytes free for malware. Also if you carefull you can type msconfig in search bar in windows and click on msconfig. In the pop up. In startup menu, stop any reference to" Lautstarke" and also in services. Make sure you click on hide all microsoft services on bottom in services before starting. Do not untick any service you are not sure of. Google first. Startups I always disable. Cannot do any harm there.

The problem is in the power supply board, there is one or two capacitors that develope a slight bulge at top and eventually fail and must be replaced

You need to look for bad caps with bulging/leaking tops, blown fuses, shorted MOSFET, etc.

Kijk of het scherm wel op de goede input staat.
Probeer anders een ander scherm om te kijken of het niet aan de PC ligt.
Anders misschien in het menu van het scherm kijken.

Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply (they should be replaced in a set), blown fuses; poor solder joints, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/albums/yy352/budm/ Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further and it will help out other people in the future also.
