You either set monitor resolution or refresh frequency out of boundaries. This models works optimal on 1440x900 resolution and 75 Hz refresh frequency.
This means, that your operating system is not set to the recommended resolution of your monitor. Your monitor has a "fixed" resolution where the image will look best. You can change the solution in Windows XP if you right-click on a free space of your desktop, then choose "Properties". In the new window, that comes up, select the rightmost tab. There you can use the slider to adjust your resolution. Just try some different resolutions until the message disappears.
If you use Windows Vista oder Windows 7 you can access the resolution windows by right-cliking on your desktop and selecting "Screen resolution".

Hello there
You dont say which machine you have but a common problem is they are set for the WRONG input,
Have you checked using the 'onscreen' menu,of the monitor that you are looking at the right INPUT ???? D-sub is the 15 pin video cable input from your computer to the monitor. .It will go dark if you are not supplying a signal on that input.
Check your inputs. The no signal box means exactly that - there's no incoming signal for the TV to decode. So you've either disconnected a cable somewhere or turned off your input device.
Try changing the inputs on the TV (this will be a button saying input or A/V)
Try changing the channels
Check that your cables are correctly connected and that whatever you are trying to use (dvd player, PS3, etc) is turned on.
Check that your TV is tuned to the corresponding input it is plugged in to (if you plugged your DVD player into HDMI input 8, tune your TV to input 8)
Hope this helps.
Right after you start up the computer, start pressing f8. You will then get into a setup, choose VGA mode. If this does not work, try lowering the refresh rate and changing the screen resolution.
this means that your screen settings are not compatible with the game. like 16 bit color to 32 bit color. set the screen settings so that you can play. Display properties would let u adjust these colors.
the game will need to be set to the same screen resolution as your monitor or the best that suits, beccause of it being widescreen, so look in the graphic or video settings in the game, or change the resolution of your monitor to suit the games highest setting.
This is done by right clicking on your desktop, down to properties and then the settings tab in the next window and then move the slider at the screen resolution box.
