Blurry pixel display of AOC monitors.
Hi, In my experience, it looks that the screen pixels are damaged in some areas. It could be due to mishandling, may be fallen or it could be a manufacturing defect. If the device is new, ask for the replacement as it may enlarge due to heat. Rest is your luck :)

Hi Mental Disorder,
according to the user manual:
- Move electrical devices that may cause electrical interference as far away from the monitor as possible.
- Use the maximum refresh rate your monitor is capable of at the resolution your are using.
My guess is that there is an electrical device interfering with the monitor, or you have a grounding issue
(eg. i turn the lights on and i hear static noise on my speakers).

Aoc monitor won't turn on
the power supply has a capacitor which has either opened up or shorted across. If you open it up and look at the caps (round cylindar looking things), you might see some that look like they have "balooned". If the top of them is not flat and the cylindar is warped at all, that part needs to be replaced..
These are what always goes wrong with monitors, so give it a whirl and you will probebly save yours..
