Good day maybe your tv has a defect, or loose connection in the main board, needs to resolder the main board. only the qualified technician can do this job. to fix your problem.

that would be a failing tcon board on the back of the screen.you would need to replace this part but they are available on ebay the part number is on the tcon board. match the numbers a version number to get the matching board for the screen. tcon board is the board were the main wire cluster goes to the screen board this is the tcon board.
If your TV is not in Digital it won't give you the tuning option.
Select DTV from the on screen menu, (like scart 1 scart 2 etc). When
you have found DTV select it and then press menu for tuning.

I had a tv a while ago that did the same thing. It turns out that a magnet got near it and permanently changed the way the phosphorus coating on the inside of the screen lit up. I'm afraid it's going to stay that way-- it is not repairable. Good luck. I hope you can get another one for not much money.
It could be the tint settings on your TV. Check your TV's settings menu for color/tint options. If you can't find it, break out the manual and look in the index for tint or color, then locate the page and it'll tell you how to get there.
Make sure the tint slider is in the middle, 0 or 50%, depending on your TV.

There might be a problem on the degausing circuit. This demagnetises the screen every time you switch on. You may also have had a rise in the mains voltage thus magnetising the tube. Perhaps you can try switching off the TV at the wall for 24 hours or over night. If this does not work a repairer will have to remove it manually or repair the degausing circuit. Also make sure that there are no speakers or any magnetic items close to the TV. Good luck,JUS004

If you leave your tv in standby try switching it off properly at tv switch leave a few hrs then switch on.
Have you got hifi speakers or anything that is magnetic near tv if yes move it away from set switch set off wait a few hrs then switch on.
Or if the above has not sorted problem the set has a fault with the degause circuit. Its not to bad to repair but you will need to use soldering iron.
the PN onremote to tv set this is all about the system on tv ie pal is always for colour , and auto is always determined by the tv this si automatical set by tv depending on in coming siginal ie from advd machine. NTSC is always afaded colour some times it may appear as black and white
