I got my stereo and while driving i drove fast thru a bump on the road that i havent see.stereo stoped working and says on screen protect !! I cant use radio or ipod on it now!any suggestions??thanks

If bumps affect the noise then you should be looking at loose wires and connections for the speakers and at the back of the system. Look for a bad earth or the earth wire connected up to something that is not really a good earth
depends on where you hear the noise.. could be a brake caliper sticking or a universal joint going out or has went out in the drive shaft. while driving does it make the noise constantly or just when taking off?
What has happened, is the bump has caused a broken joint on the pcb I have seen this many times in my shop. You need to take the actual unit in for repair, I mean the "Bump" and the "Problem" are indeed connected, and this is exactly what happens.
