I had this same problem with my Onkyo sr701, and it turned out to be a twisted kink in the speaker wire. Run a sound check to each speaker separately (from your receiver menu) and turn each one up until the receiver shuts off. Check the wire to the speaker that caused it to shut off and make sure the +- ends are not touching each other at either end, and that there are no twists or kinks along the way.

I have a toshiba 42 in rear projection i dont know the model number as the sticker has been removed of the back but everytime i turn the tv on the bulbs glow at the bottom but do not light up and it keeps...

Sounds like the bulb for the TV has gone bad and you need to buy a new one. In the bulbs weakened state, it is not at the resistance level it should be and more current is getting to other components. That fuse is probably designed to protect the mainboard when this happens. Buy a new, not off brand bulb.

Use gloves to replace the bulb and never, ever touch the glass face. Any amount of oil will cause it to ware uneveningly and go out prematurely.

Everytime i try to play my system at full volume it cuts out then keeps playing and carries on doing this to i turn it to a certain volume

First of all find out the recommended speaker impedance for the receiver. Then find out the impedance of the speakers you are using along with it.
Simple rule is the speaker impedance can be higher but not lower than the recommended value. If it is so the receiver will run hot and if you turn up the volume higher it will run even hotter and then the protection circuit will cut off the Amplifier output to prevent burn out of components. Even if you have one defective speaker this cut off can happen. To confirm defective speaker -- disconnect one speaker at a time and turn on the amplifier and play it at cut off volumes. If by disconnecting one particular speaker the Amplifier does not cut off -- THAT SPEAKER HAS A SHORTED COIL and needs replacement.

How do I uninstall my garage door sensors. They continue to give me problems, it acts like there is something in front of the sensor and prevents the door from closing.

When you say sensors, are you talking about the photo-eye that checks if obstruction is in path of garage door?

1) You can buy sensors for $20-30. They seem generic

2) The new openers may be set up so by-pass is not an option.
Solution: In that case, you can move sensors above the garage door and put them face to face to see if that helps.

3) The way the sensors work is this. One side produces beam of light. Other side receives light. The receiver keeps a circuit closed at all times when light is received. If no light, then the circuit opens up and an electronic part interprets the lack of signal and turns off opener.

Solution: one side produces light. It does not have a switch. The other side has the switch. You can disconnect (or cut) a wire see which side has the light. The other side has the switch ... cut the 2 wires on the side with a switch, cap them off, and then see if opener works. Next twist the 2 wires together and see if opener works.

4) Fall-back position: Mark your wires and you can put it back the way it was.

I have the code pcm 48 showing up on the display and dont no what it means or how to fix help please

PCM 48 means pulse code modulation at 48kHz. Your receiver is decoding digital information and displaying what format it is, and it's frequency. That is normal.

It keeps shutting off

If you have zone 2 active with the level turned up too much it will cut out the whole unit. Try disconnecting zone 2 speakers, then turn the volume level way down on zone 2 and it should stay on if that is the problem.
