I can help with a little testing. On the hinge side of rear passenger door, should be a wiring harness. Probably has a protective rubber boot covering, pull the covering back far enough to get at wire colors in the diagram. One wire is voltage the other is ground depending if the window is going up or down. Use a test lite to check. Key on, I would think.Your front passenger window works ok? If the wires check out good for voltage and ground, could be something wrong with window motor?
My name is Peter. I am a retired field appliance service technician.
If I were still working for Sears Home Services or A&E Factory Services I would be walking out of your home with a $350.00 - $400.00 service bill.
I hated charging my customers $79.00 to show up at the door, built in truck inventor cost, gas, truck insurance & registration, and doubling the part cost, plus labor.
So, you do not need all of those expenses.
Work with me. It sounds like you may have a bad oven control. But I can not be sure I need your unit model number. The model number is on a metal label on the face of your oven after you open the door. Oven repairs are not that hard.
yes the popping sound wad the intermitten door closer sparking it will not work because its not reading the door as been closed advisable to but new mw
These units are notorious for having slightly ajar front doors. Check to make sure it's sealing up properly to the door locking catch, else the door sensor may be showing you the 'CH' indication.
CH code on a Sharp usually means the front door or a side door is not completely shut. Try opening and closing every exterior door until the code goes away. If the CH is flashing, it could mean either an optical or a heat roller fuse might have blown. Have you recently replaced any supplies?
Sounds like you have a defective Maytag repairman.. all kidding aside.. If you checked the junction box underneath the dishwasher and the wires are all correctly bonded together and power is there.. then it seems as if the control board may have been jarred loose from a connector or your door interlock switch isn't made. Was the Maytag Repairman there after you checked the power feed? If so.. he should have checked everything else for you.. Call him back and complaign.. In fact.. call whoever your repair provider is and ask for a manager and explain what happened.. I know these guys are not supposed to do some things but you did not get properly serviced...
Hope this helps..
