Most food cooking directions are based upon a 1100 watt microwave oven output..
Since you didnt specify, I am guessing you have a 700 watt oven
You can roughly adapt cooking directions by multiplying times 1.6.
So if directions say 6 1/2 minutes at 1100w, cook for 10 minutes 24 seconds, or 10.4.minutes [roughly]
Here is a list of other oven powers
600. 1.8 times
700 1.6 times
800 1.4 times
900 1.2 times
1000 1.1 times

Of course, this is only a rough scale, microwave cooking times always vary from machine to machine. Always pay close attention when cooking.

Name, make ,model???
What is a 'hob?'
If there are fuses, they are located at the bottom, very back.
Are you sure you have a fuse problem?
Oven 'not working' means no heat, correct?
If you have power and the oven is not working, your problem is not the fuse.

Message probably says 'Never heat coffee in a microwave'.

It is very dangerous because the water can suddenly erupt all over your hand as you remove the cup causing severe scalding.

Unplug it and leave it for an hour with the door open. The should help it cool, dissipate the steam and reset the electronics.

If that doesn't work, click COMMENT below my post and type out the Spanish error message.

Try taking the bulb out and if it no longer trips the breaker, it is the fault of the bulb.

If it still trips it is either a bad bulbholder or coincidentally another fault has developed.

When posting about a breaker tripping it would be helpful if you mentioned whether it is an RCD or an MCB.
