I have a Hitachi VCR+ remote for my projection TV

I have a Hitachi VCR+ (CLU-434VP) remote for my Hitachi Projection TV but need the manual.
Is there a way I can get it online?

    Thank you so much tho I went to try to download it and it is in rar format and will not download. Can u decode it from rar to adobe pdf or doc.?
    This is the Remote Control manual?

My remote control hitachi brand CLU-413UI does not work. I already changed the batteries but it still does not work. Can u send me a new remote control?
The remote can be tested by any shop (a small laminated card sensitive to infra red will test it).

If you just want to replace it Google it with the CLU-413UI and you will find it for sale, I did and here is one I saw.

You may also want to look on EBAY as there are usually ones for sale there. Most likely if your remote is defective is either it got dropped or something was spilled on it, Also make sure you hit TV on the remote first as most of these are multipurpose remotes(If something else is selected it will not work on the set).

Hey there, You'll have to contact the Hitachi local customer care and order a replacement. It won't be that much of a cost, maybe around $20 or so.

Picture goes bad (fuzzy&scrolls&lines) on Hitachi projection tv
Sounds like your convergence modules have gone bad. They have 21 close spaced pins to unsolder and resolder. You'll need a soldering iron with a fine point tip and thin gauge solder to do the repairs yourself. Solder bridges between pins are common when soldering these module pins, so have some unsoldering wick handy if you're going to fix it yourself. You will need the factory remote to do those functions and others. The Part Number is HL01643; CLU-5713TSI. They cost about $60.00. You can get at local Hit service center.
