The label is printing vertically instead of horizontially? How do I fix that?

top left click file then page setup then change it portrait to landscape or vice versa

The Black Image unit remove it and reseat it inside the machine properly WAS the Black Image Unit New was it store Vertical instead of Horizontial. If so all of the developer is sitting at one end of the image unit instead of being spread out along the length of the image unit that Black Drum motor can't take all of the developer sitting at one end., Ensure all of your image units are stored flat not up and down. Ensure you also shake the image units before installing to spread the developer (Side to side). Then close the door and should go ready to copy if not and it comes back then bad motor or board

You have to go to printer drivers on your Operative system, then open printer properties, general tab, you will be able to check the horizontal/vertical setting of the label there.

when you click print check your setting you need to make sure the orientation is correct portratit or landscape

Sounds like you chose print to file for the port in the driver instead of what it should be set for. comm for serial cables. lpt1 for parallel, usb for usb. by having it set the way you do it is told to save the code. goto printers and faxes and right click on the zdesigner print driver and chose properties. then click the ports tab and chose the correct port.

The printer will not print the settings dependant on your media between 2 across. The printer figures you have one label wide enough to print the config page. Is there a reason you are trying to print this? You could set the printer driver to print to a file instead of the printer and get the settings that way. Or, if you are connected via TCP/IP, you can view it on the internal webpage of the printer.

"If you use Nero 7 Essentials to print CD/DVD labels, make sure you print just the page for the disc, and under print setup make sure you have CD/DVD 120mm under size and CD/DVD tray from source, then under Preferences set your calibration to -0.185" horizontal, -0.182" vertical, and you'll be golden."
