How do i turn off my icd-p620? - Sony ICD-MX20 Digital Voice Recorder

well have you tried to go to computer or downloads. it could of downloaded but you just didnt realize it

Sony does not display a driver for Win7 64 bit version on their website. I read an article to route your recorder's audio-out into computer audio-in and use basic media software. I haven't tried this myself, but sounds like a logical temp solution to issue.

on the sony e-support website. if you are running vista, uploading with a usb won't work.

I'm really not solving this I have a HP and my ICD-P620 does not work with 64 bit. I went to http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/model-home.pl?mdl=ICDP620&LOC=3 chatted with Lindsey, Sony rep. they suggested that I connect from my head phone jack on the voice recorder into the lap audio in jack on my lap. I said that was not the answer I was looking for and had hoped they were working on a solution to the driver. That would enable me to use it the way it was designed. She apologized and said she was trying to help. I thanked her.

I hope this helps to bring clarity.
