hmm..looks good...might be in the settings under video performance what flavor windows you running?
ok..you'll need to do this..
start control panel system
click on advanced tab..top one is video performance
adjust for highest speed, or what you want..most likely it's on Windows default
tell me how that works
then you may need to re install windows, amigo
