If you check your manual you will see that there is a cleaning device in the printer that will solve your problem. You will see a small door on the right side of your printer. To open it open door A and on the right side you will see an illustration that shows you how to clean white streaking.
Hope that helps.
Another thing that will happen in the future is your photoconductor will lock. You can replace the drum chip with a new one that will save you $$$ www.fitityourself.netau.net/Epson.html

After changing the black cartridge of epson aculaser c1100, a message flashed: Service Req E511

Hello,

Welcome to FixYa, the world's largest product support community.

The message E 511: Service Required is commonly due to the Photo Conductor Unit's tabs getting stuck. So the first thing we need to do is to remove the PHoto Conductor Unit. Here are the step to remove the Photo Conductor Unit off of your EPSON Aculaser C1100.

1. Turn the printer on, and open cover B.

3. Remove the photoconductor unit.

4. Check the white tabs on the underside of the photoconductor unit. These are spring-loaded plastic tabs that should depress when you press and release it. If the white tabs no longer spring back you need to replace the photoconductor unit.

After removing or ultimately replacing the photoconductor unit, please follow the step by step giude on how to remove the photoconductor unit in reverse order.

4 colour dots on printout but not 150mm apart

Measure the distance between two of the same coloured dots down the page, if it is just over 150mm then it is caused by scratches on the photoconductor drum (this is the only thing that has a 15.4mm circumference). Try printing a black and white only document, only the black dots should appear. Removing the photoconductor and gently polishing the blue drum with a soft cloth can help if the scratches are not too deep, otherwise a new photoconductor is the only route.

Epson ACULASER CX11NF we have to replace the PCU every 3 months,

The photoconductor (PCU) is used whenever you print anything. They should last between 10,000 copies (colour) and 20,000 copies (black only), so roughly 15,000 pages. If yours is going through them quicker it could indicate that there is a problem, try giving Epson Customer support a call and ask for advice.

Epson aculaser c900

When printing, as thepaper is being transported up the printer, try pressing the right door panel of the printer firmly with your hand. If the colours are much improved then the printer requires a new Transfer roller.
1. Open the Right Door.
2. Remove the Transfer Roller while opening the shaft holder (white color) levers found at the left and right shaft ends of the Transfer Roller to unlock it. Lift out the roller.

Error message

I found this solution in the web and it worked!

The slider on the left hand side (i think) of the machine has slipped. Remove the cover, and you will see a large white cog with a white vertical slider behind it. On each you will see a small arrow. You have to remove the cog and line up the 2 arrows on the cog and slider and then reinstall the cog. This should solve the issue.

The left hand panel of the laser printer was a bit tricky to get up but a bit of perseverance. Then remove the white cog by releasing the two tabs round the center metal pin. You need to align the vertical slider's pointed end with the horizontal slider's arrow precisely as even slight misalignment will not fix it. Then fixed!

Printing - White Specs on page

The manuals are available on Epson's site. Here's a link to the User's Guide: http://files.support.epson.com/htmldocs/cx11nf/cx11nfug/index.htm I verified that the manual includes how to clean the printer. If that doesn't resolve the problem, please let us know so we can troubleshoot further.
